Dave and Allison wish a fond farewell to Cathy McKnight who left BeachFire in June 2010 to prepare delicious dishes as a full-time chef in What a Dish restaurant in Dana Point. Her contributions have been many and she will be missed but we wish her best of luck pursuing her true passion - cooking.
